Kingdom Impact Special Needs All star Competitive Cheer
Information for the 2011-2012 Cheer Season:
* 20 female/ male members for Special Needs Team (8 to 18 years old)
(Note: Cheer age is determined by the age your child will be on August 31, 2011)
PAPERWORK Requirements to be evaluated for a KI team:
We would like as many as can to demonstrate the following during evaluation:
Jump suggested to demonstrate: (1 of the following on floor or trampoline)
Tuck, Toe touch, pike, front hurdler, side hurdler (Coaches will demonstrate)
Cheer suggested to learn and perform:
Go to www.kingdom-impact.com to view cheer. The coaches will help students if needed when they attend evaluation clinic.
Tumbling Requirements: (1 or more of the following)
Log roll, forward roll, cartwheel, round off, backbend
*** The Special Needs cheer team members (max of 20) will be posted on our website (www.kingdom-impact.com) by first name and last initial by Friday, May 27 at 6:00 pm
*** First day of practice: Thursday, June 9th 6:00 to 7:00 pm

May 27 to June 5= Memorial Day Holiday Break
July 1 to July 10= July 4th Holiday Break
July 31 to August 7= Beginning of School Break
November 20 to November 27= Thanksgiving Break
December 17 to January 1= Christmas and New Year’s Break
March 31 to April 8= Spring Break

Oct. 10th- Columbus Day Holiday (during daytime hours)
Nov. 11- Veterans Day Holiday (during daytime hours)
Community Special Events:
Winshape Camp by Chickfila Exhibition- one day during the week of July 18-22 (Central Baptist)
Races= Sept. 24- Juanita June Foundation 5K/ 1 mile (Diabetes Awareness)
Oct. 15 - Komen Race for the Cure in Macon (Breast Cancer Awareness)
Fair Exhibition- one performance sometime during fair week Oct. 1-8 at Perry Fair Grounds
Houston County Middle School County Championships Oct. 22 or 29
NHI Fall Festival- Oct. 29
WR Christmas Parade – Dec. 3
Easter Egg Hunt Exhibition- Saturday before Easter (April 2012)

$900 investment for the season includes 10 months of training, new KI uniform, warm up, shoes, briefs, bow, make up, 1 practice outfit, entry fees for 5 competitions, awards for end of year, routine choreography, custom music mix for routine, practice space, athlete insurance coverage, quality coaching instruction, coaches hotel when traveling, priceless memories, and lasting life lessons.
